Assign tasks and plans

In Teaching space, teachers assign speaking tasks or generate / confirm learning plans. The goal is more speaking—not homework piles.

Before you start

1. Sign in with the teacher main account.
2. Open Teaching space.
3. Add learner accounts.
4. Learners need available minutes (teaching pool or your allocation).

Where to tap

Family / Teaching (including learners) use bottom-bar Space, not the personal Plan tab. You can also open plans from Home “Today’s step”.

Confirm rules match the personal flow.

Suggested rhythm

1. Learners have minutes first.
2. Assign a few finishable tasks, or confirm a one-week plan.
3. Review summaries before the next assignment.

If…

• No task on the learner list: Confirm published and the correct learner login.
• No Plan tab for learners: Family / Teaching use Space; or open from “Today’s step”.
• Only need progress: See learner practice summaries.
