Family space lets parents manage child accounts, allocate practice minutes, and proxy-view progress. Built for coaching at home—not homework policing.
Steps
- Sign in with your personal main account (not a child account).
- Open Me → Switch spaces.
- Tap Open for Family (follow the prompt if it isn’t open yet).
- Then use Me → Family to manage members.
- Create child accounts.
- Allocate practice minutes.
You can also use the “Open · Switch spaces” tile under Me, then choose Family.
After opening
- Manage child accounts and PIN policy (as shown in the UI)
- Allocate Family pool minutes
- Proxy-view practice and plan progress
- Family messages
When you don’t need it
- You’re only practicing yourself
- You’re a teacher with learners → open Teaching
If…
- A child wants to open Family: They can’t—parent main account only.
- Can’t find Open: Confirm main-account login and check Me → Switch spaces.
